ConvertBrio.info is the personal portfolio and services website of Subham Sharma. This page explains, in plain language, how information you send through the site is handled.
The contact form
The enquiry form asks for your name, email, an optional company name, what you want to build, a short project summary, and an optional timeline. When you submit it:
- The submission is validated and rate-limited on the server to prevent abuse. Your IP address is used only for that rate limit and is not stored long-term.
- If email delivery is configured for the environment, the enquiry is emailed to s.subham58@gmail.com so a reply can be sent. Your email address is set as the reply-to address.
- If email delivery is not configured, the enquiry is recorded in the server logs so it is not lost, and you are told clearly that it was not emailed.
- Enquiry details are used only to respond to you. They are not sold or shared.
Please do not send passwords, credentials, or confidential records through the form. If an enquiry involves sensitive material, we can arrange a more secure channel after the first conversation.
Analytics
The site is built to run without third-party trackers. If privacy-conscious analytics are enabled, they are cookieless and do not identify individual visitors. No tracking scripts load before consent where consent is legally required.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of any enquiry information held about you, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing s.subham58@gmail.com.
