Yes. Web work commonly uses JavaScript and TypeScript with React and Next.js, Node.js on the back end, and WordPress with PHP where a CMS fits. Software work commonly uses Node.js and Python. The stack is chosen per project, for maintainability rather than fashion.

Launch includes production deployment, monitoring, analytics, documentation, and an iteration backlog. Ongoing maintenance and feature work can continue as a product-iteration engagement; specific terms are agreed per project.

Handover is treated as part of the work: the running system, its documentation, and the iteration plan are prepared so your team can operate it. The exact ownership and licensing terms are written into each project agreement.
